Actual processing times may vary depending on state workload and other factors. eXpressLLC is not responsible for delays caused by the state or by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The $100 Wyoming state filing fee is a separate government fee and is not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, but any confirmed orders will be honored at the price quoted at the time of purchase.
