At eXpressLLC, we want every client to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our LLC formation and related services.
If you request a cancellation before your formation documents have been submitted to the Wyoming Secretary of State, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Once your formation documents have been submitted to the Wyoming Secretary of State, no refund will be issued on our service fee. At this point, the work has been completed on our end, and the filing process is underway with the state. The $100 state filing fee is also non-refundable after submission.
The $100 Wyoming state filing fee is a government fee paid directly to the state and is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome of your application. This fee is separate from our service charges.
If your LLC application is rejected by the state:
Registered agent service is included free for the first year with every LLC formation package. No pro-rata refund is available for unused portions of the registered agent service. If you wish to cancel, you must first designate a replacement registered agent with the Wyoming Secretary of State before we can be removed.
Add-on services, including EIN application, bank account assistance, and payment gateway setup (Stripe/PayPal), are non-refundable once the work has been initiated. These services involve third-party coordination that cannot be reversed.
To request a refund, please contact us through the Contact Us form on our website within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and additional complications for both parties.
